It’s okay if change feels slow or uncomfortable at times. Healing often begins quietly, through small moments of awareness, courage, and self-compassion. You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. Showing up with honesty and openness is enough to move recovery forward. Your body is not the problem, it holds wisdom, resilience, and an innate capacity for healing when given safety, nourishment, and care.

Mikayla works with individuals in outpatient therapy who are experiencing a range of eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID, and other patterns of disordered eating. She supports clients across levels of recovery, offering care that is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.
Mikayla integrates her work with eating disorders and body image through a perinatal mental health lens as a PMH-C, recognizing how pregnancy, postpartum, fertility, and parenthood can intensify relationships with food, body, and self. She supports clients in navigating body changes, identity shifts, and societal pressures with compassion and care, while fostering body trust, nourishment, and resilience during the perinatal period and beyond.
